+ Your key tasks :
– Update of customer databases
– Coordinate and communicate with various cooperation partners including distributors, customers and exhibition organizers
– Analyze reports and track sample requests
– Organization of customer events and exhibitions, and organization of trips
– Improve our marketing material
– Work and improve our sales support (UL prospector, Mailings…)
– Participate in the development of our marketing strategy
– Develop our websites and social networks

+ Your qualifications granted to the post
– We are looking for someone who is able to work on multiple projects at the same time and can also cope with busier days.
– Someone who is autonomous and who also works in a team.
– We need good communication skills, fluent spoken and written English and knowledge of basic computer software.
– Knowledge of cosmetics and chemistry is a big plus for your application.
– You are outgoing, strong-willed, active and committed to your work.

The Innovation Company® is a top 15 manufacturer of scientific and technical raw materials, specialised in designing, marketing, testing and distribution of cosmetic raw materials since 1987. Our B-to-B business located in Dreux (80 km from Paris) includes skin care, sun care and colour care products.

Our roots are also in Finland in our own farm, two factories, forest and peat bog in the middle of the newly created UNESCO Geopark in Karvia. We have international vision and business activities by achieving 80 % of our sales in Europe, Asia and North America.

The successful company is continually expanding in terms of activities, projects and vision. That’s why, we are looking for a Technical Commercial Executive to strengthen our sales teams (25 sales persons and distributors in the world).
